Thursday, January 17, 2008 –-- 7:00PM Council Chambers, Ketchum City Hall ~ 480 East Avenue N, Ketchum ELECTED’S WORKSHOP Blaine County Commissioners and the Mayors of Ketchum and Sun Valley will be holding a workshop for elected officials of their respective agencies on the development of a Master Plan for the Ketchum/Sun Valley South Gateway Area. The South Gateway Area is often referred to as McHanville and is the area around and to the south of St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center. The future of this important area has been the topic of planning discussion in our community for many years and this workshop will specifically be a follow-up to the various public workshops held over the previous two years with Winston & Associates.
This continued discussion workshop will take place at 7pm in the Council Chambers at Ketchum City Hall with the main purpose of providing the elected officials of these respective agencies an opportunity to comment and discuss the status of the planning effort and provide directive input. The public is welcome to attend and participate but the event is not a public hearing and no actions will be taken. *A quorum of each respective Council/Commission may be in attendance.
